Well made. Some of the ladders were a bit harsh to get off right, but besides that. This made venting a lot more exciting! And for some reason I did not get bored of the music which often happens to me. It was so cheery and uplifting.
I may not play Among Us, but Super Impostor Bros was still a pretty good time. From the level designs to some of the enemies, it genuinely felt like a game from the GB Color era, and the music was pretty rad, too.
This was such an amazing game! honestly one of my favorites that I have played in the last year!! Here is my experience if you want to see how happy it made me! :D
i really love the game but i got stuck in the electric thing in Stage 2 nonetheless it was pretty fun and the music is amazing also the art it really feels like im playing this game on a game boy Good job dev :D
I am using the EZ Flash Jr ver: FW4 k1.04e. The game loaded fine etc but when it comes to play, holding Right on the d-pad causes the character to run at break neck speed, whereas holding Left he walks normally.
Tried the browser version to see if this was a 'feature' and its clearly not lol
So not sure if it's just happening on my flash cart (I tired a few other roms to be sure its not happening on other games and they play fine) or if this is a bug in the .gb file, but as I'm not a speed runner it makes the game basically impossible for me to play lol
Looks like a great little platformer none the less =)
I keep getting stuck in the second level, there's a jump right after one of the shocking platforms, and if you're still holding right as you land, you'll clip into the tile, and get softlocked. Really frustrating
Good game I rate this is as 5/5 stars (outstanding)

The Good Side:
The art work is outstanding
the level layout is very good
background textures are very good
the soundtrack/music is very good and original
the story is somewhat okay
The Bad Side:
Some spots get you stuck forcing you to restart
I also read some comments saying when they cast the game to a gameboy the game glitches out by walking through objects and fall into the void while on a platform.
I really don't have any bad thoughts for the bad side
This almost feels like I'm play Megaman
I would recommend this and I have a question "how do you put in a .gb file to play in the browser because, I never seen a .gb file where it can be played in a browser? Thank you

Game has been updated! Some softlock problem areas in level 2 have been fixed.

how do i download it and make it an actual game
You need to have a gameboy color or and emulator to play it offline. It's not a PC game. Here is one of the emulators: RetroArch ;)

Having a .gb being playable in a web browser is a feature of GB Studio, the program used to make this game.

Oh your welcome I'm glad that you look through my review and I didn't know that was a feature because I don't play much gameboy games or rom hacks.
I also think that this is the best fan-game of among us that I played in my opinion.
